Commerce manager is not opening

Hi ,

I have newly installed Episerver Commerce 13.15 in my local machine  .

In episerver Admin view at the top when I am clicking on "Commerce manager"tab , Its not opening . Its  showing message  that "cannot reach to this page".

Could  anyone please help me to resolve this issue.
